Level I

Women and teens 12 years and older
You will learn how to defend yourself against the 9 most common sexual assault scenarios. You will then practice these techniques with full force on the padded bad guy for realistic practice.

Level II

Women and teens 12 years and older
We will be augmenting our techniques with strikes, so you will learn how to defend yourself against abduction attempts (grabs, chokes, bear hugs, etc). You will also learn how to defend yourself against date and acquaintance rape situations. You will then practice these techniques with full force on the padded bad guy for realistic practice.

Level III

Women and teens 12 years and older
This level is our weapons defense course. You will learn how to successfully defend against knife/gun attacks while standing and lying in the defensive position that's learned in LEVEL I. You will then practice these techniques with full force on the padded bad guy for realistic practice.

8-Week Self Defense Training

For Women and Children age 12-Up.
LEARN THE 5 SECOND KNOCKOUT!
Sign up for our 8 week self defense course available to women and children ages 12-Up. In this course you will learn how to defend yourself using the KRAV Maga Self Defense methods. These methods are simple but very effective and can be learned by anyone.

Combo Class

This class is designed to give you the opportunity to continue training. Through continued training you will get more confident with the techniques you've learned in the S.T.A.R. program. In addition, we will teach you additional basic techniques (hammer fist, back fist, knee strikes and elbows). You will practice these techniques on focus pads and heavy bags to build strength and endurance. As if that is not enough, you will now get another chance to practice the techniques you've learned at the end of each class on the padded bad guy to keep training realistic.

Our KIDS STAR program is Simply Taught Abduction Responses. This program is designed to teach our children ages 11 and under to basically trust their instincts.

It's a fact; our children will be faced with some sort of confrontation. Whether it be getting lost, bullying at school, molestation or abduction. It is our responsibility to arm our children with the information necessary to be safe.

This is a great program for Girl and Boy Scouts, Summer Camps, Youth Groups, Elementary and Middle School students.
