Our women and children should not be forced to walk around in fear. Unfortunately, violent predators are lurking in the shadows for an opportunity to attack. Believe it or not, Sexual Predators select their victims. They look for individuals who are weak and vulnerable.

Now, what do we do? As a self-defense instructor my goal is to make an IMPACT in as many lives as possible. So, through education and practical training we can arm our women and children with intense, effective and realistic self-defense techniques. With a plan of action, our families will have the knowledge and training needed to deal with the everyday fears of abduction and rape.
